Version 2.25.3
- Bug fix: Report cards would fail to generate. This has been fixed.
Version 2.25.2
- Bug fix: Non-admin users were unauthorized to fetch the course programs setting, resulting in a permanent loading state when loading the students page. This has been fixed.
- Bug fix: When using Moodle, users were unable to be created. This has been fixed.
Version 2.25.1
- Bug fix: If you had no custom course programs defined the student list could fail to load. This has been fixed.
- Bug fix: In some cases the SMS could fail to start. This has been fixed.
Version 2.25.0
- New feature: The list of course programs is now customizable to your district’s specific needs. Admin users can configure the list of programs under the admin settings section.
- New feature: Enrolment, activation, and completion dates can now be directly edited. You can edit the date by clicking on it in the enrolment row.
- New feature: You can now optionally select a reason that the student is dropping the course when you drop an enrolment. We are planning future reporting features on this data.
- New feature: The student’s common name will now be set in Brightspace when the SMS creates an LMS account.
- New feature: The parent portal now has an additional, second layer of security. After entering a student’s PEN and DOB, users are now be prompted to verify the request by clicking a link in their email.
- Change: The “unlinked” advanced filter is no longer shown when MyEdBC linking is disabled.
- Change: The course type field has been removed. This value was “DL” in every case and displayed in several places but will no longer be shown.
- Change: Qelensen A'Len Secondary has been added to the school list.
- Change: When performing a basic search, if several students match your search query equally well, those students will now be sorted again based on their name.
- Change: When sorting on name, if several students have the same last name, those students will now be sorted again based on their first name.
